Spices - Delicious, Aromatic & Good For You! Recently we have taken up growing our own spices at my house. It is fun to discover new types of plants, how they grow, how to take care of them & how they look when fully mature. My favorite part is the taste! So many plants you can grow in your backyard are yummy. Using spices when cooking will jazz up your dishes. Try making one of your usual recipes but add in a spice or two. Sample Snagging Techniques

It takes a lot of time, patience & filling out submission forms to get lots of samples! Do not be discouraged the first couple of months. It takes a LONG time for some freebies to arrive. The longest a freebie ever took was about nine months! So PLEASE be patient while you wait for your freebies to come. Once they start flowing in, soon enough it will be a TIDAL WAVE of them if you stay on top of them & look for new ones every day. The more active you are in your search for samples, the more samples you are going to encounter.

Orange for Spring Time!

My favorite trend of this season is by far all the bright pops of Orange! The first step I took into incorporating this happy color was purchasing some cute flip flops. They go perfectly with my jeans and my light summer dresses. My thirst of this festive color continued and I finally stumbled upon my true love: orange lipstick. I first saw a photo of these glorious colored lips in my local Sephora and knew right there that I must try it out!

The Power of Cute Socks

Since I proclaim my site as a guide to being fabulous I am ready to tell you my first fashion tip: Cute socks. Most people have plain boring white socks in a variety of lengths and strengths of elastic. My collection of socks is INTERNATIONAL. I refuse to own a pair of white socks and trust me, people notice. I always get compliments whenever I have to slip off my shoes in public. Plus having a large collection keeps my feet nice & smelling clean.
